The property has a good location; safe, quiet, and close enough to walk to most places. Margherita had been interested in our needs during the stay and supported us all the time with a huge effort. The breakfast is okay, too sweet for our taste. I liked the the quality of the equipment in the room; coffee machine, hair dryer, shower. They prepared a bunch of surprises in the minibar for us, thank you for hospitality. I would stay again if came again.

From the moment we walked into Umitla 36 we knew we were in for something special. From service at the door, to attentive check-in, to the table treats- this place was very high-quality. This was a splurge for us but lived up to all our expectations. We were given an upgrade to a larger room which was a plus for our family. Breakfast was over-the-top with a huge array of fruits, cheeses, pastries, and more. Service couldn't have been more positive. We were given great suggestions for local restaurants as well as ones in Trastevere. Calling a cab or a driver to the airport was a snap thanks to the care and kindness of the front desk. Can we stay longer, please?

Located in central Rome, Horti 14 Borgo Trastevere Hotel is just 10 minutes' walk from the heart of lively Trastevere. The 4-star hotel offers a garden and bar. The property was really pretty, had almost all amenities but hospitality of the staff was the best, especially Veronica who truly made our trip. We cannot thank her enough, she served from the heart.
