The hotel is next to the main road, nevertheless there was no disturbing noise, in case of need it was within walking distance to the town.

This country house hotel has a quiet location, looking out over the Cliffs of Moher, the Aran Islands and Galway Bay. It has free parking, luxury rooms and an award-winning restaurant. The opportunity to stay at Ballinalacken is a gift. From the front gate onwards is a memory in the making. The ambience is wonderful - the building, decor, furnishings through to the gardens. The bedroom was a treasure - quality throughout. The castle tour is a phenomenal opportunity - the icing on the cake so to speak.

There's an ensuite in each bedroom, which was such a nice bonus to have; especially with a mixed group. We were a group of 6 and there was plenty of lounging space for everyone. The sun out the front is gorgeous in the morning! Plenty of parking space too. Facilities were perfect - everything you could want. The location is fab - so close to the village and still feels like you're immersed in nature.
