The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs... My flight to HK landed at 10:30PM and I was very happy to be able to easily find the free shuttle to the hotel, where I was greeted by the fabulous, warm and welcoming front desk attendant, Carmela. She literally set the positive pace for this quick business trip. I opted for a room on the executive floor and it was well worth the extra $$. The breakfast buffet, included in exec price, was absolutely wonderful (especially the egg custard tarts!!). It was nice to come back after a day of work and enjoy a glass of wine and snacks provided in the exec lounge. This hotel was so convenient to Asia World-Expo and all trains to Hong Kong. I have definitely found "my place" to stay whenever business takes me back to Hong Kong. Carol

We stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for 2 nights—our first time at a Disneyland hotel—and it was exactly what we expected from the Disney experience: fun, a bit chaotic, and full of energy. The hotel itself is themed beautifully, with lots of charming details, and it’s perfect if you want to be close to the park. The complimentary shuttle made getting to the gates easy and quick. We mainly booked the character breakfast for the photo opportunities, and it delivered! Just keep in mind, the atmosphere is lively, loud, and not particularly relaxing—more about fun than calm. That said, the variety of food was impressive, and even after two days, we hadn't tried everything. The room cleaning was excellent and done discreetly, which we appreciated. If you're planning to spend your days in the park and want that full Disney immersion (plus guaranteed character photos), this is absolutely the right hotel. Three days felt like the perfect amount of time.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating and approachable, always ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you for their outstanding support when my daughter lost her phone in a taxi—they went above and beyond to track it down, and we got it back safely. Truly exceptional service!

Directly connected to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) and a 5-8 minute walk from Exhibition Centre MTR Station and Star Ferry Pier, the luxurious Grand Hyatt Hong Kong offers a... Beautiful hotel with wonderful views. Excellent breakfast buffet. Wish we had spent more time to enjoy all the facillties. Highly recommend this hotel. It was gorgeous.

The breakfast was excellent; I much preferred the à la carte style over a buffet. It felt more elegant and comfortable, without the need to get up repeatedly for food. The room was cozy, with calming lighting that created a peaceful, restful atmosphere.
