Warm and helpful. They definitely make this property a standout for me. We were upgraded as well which was brilliant and the room was very specious, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the port right across to the Acropolis. The location is great especially if you're booked for a cruise from the port or coming off a cruise. Super close!
