She took such good care of us, going above and beyond — even saving the day by arranging a last-minute driver for our Kutaisi excursion when our original one canceled unexpectedly. She truly made us feel at home. The breakfast was exceptional, and the ambiance of the hotel was modern, chic, and incredibly comfortable.
