The room was very clean, updated and comfortable, with a gorgeous view of Saints Peter and Paul monastery atop its mountain. There's a sort of carved out parking area in front of the hotel for guests, which is a big step better than what counts as "free parking" for most Georgian hotels. Breakfast was varied and delicious, including a fairly legit cappuccino. I paid a bit extra for a room with air conditioning, and it was well worth the extra expense, as the weather's guite hot in the area these days.
