The cabins are clean, cozy and spacious, with everything you might need, including bathrobes, slippers, toothbrush, tea/coffee accessories and a little fridge. Breakfast was nice, with a lot of options to choose. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We would like to send our biggest thanks to Giorgi, who served us dinner in the restaurant - he is a real professional and his pleasant and attentive service made our stay unforgettable 🙏🏻

We liked everything about this hotel, it was amazing! It is a cozy place, well decorated and nice. Our room had a nice size bathtub and a balcony. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy. Our bed was made every day. It was great! Breakfast was awesome and plenty. We couldn't actually finish the whole thing. They will give you a variety of traditional Georgian dishes and that were delicious! The service from the front desk ladies, Annie and Ana (hope I spelled their names correctly) was outstanding! Kudos to them. Annie helped us with everything we needed and gave us tips on where to go around Telavi and Khaketi. The hotel is well located and you have historical places, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets within walking distance. You can also walk to Telavi Bazaar (open market)

Hotel team is doing everything to give unforgettable memories. Special thanks to Chef Tornike for his sense of humor and charm:) Minor comments: 1) we ordered cooking master classes which were interesting and nicely organized. The only proposal would be to add aprons for clients. 2) towels and bathrobes are to be renewed - too old and don’t match high class hotel.
