This is a great place for families! We booked the house with two bedrooms, one of which can be reached by (fairly steep) stairs. There are two separate ACs for the two floors. You have curtains to fully cover all windows and have a good nights sleep. Two of the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. There is a giant pool approx. 1.5m deep and a smaller pool approx. 40cm deep for little children. You have pool towels provided and also some toys for the kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful. What I missed in the description: There is a small fridge in your living room, which comes in very handy when you want something cool to drink (which you should bring, as there are no supermarkets or stores nearby). And there is a children's playground with a large trampolin!

It is a cozy place, well decorated and nice. Our room had a nice size bathtub and a balcony. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was clean and cozy. Our bed was made every day. It was great! Breakfast was awesome and plenty. We couldn't actually finish the whole thing. They will give you a variety of traditional Georgian dishes and that were delicious! The service from the front desk ladies, Annie and Ana (hope I spelled their names correctly) was outstanding! Kudos to them. Annie helped us with everything we needed and gave us tips on where to go around Telavi and Khaketi. The hotel is well located and you have historical places, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets within walking distance. You can also walk to Telavi Bazaar (open market)

First of all the people in charge of the estate, they do everything for us to feel great. Our stay was the best we had in Georgia. We loved the room,the view, the lobby (with fire place), the restaurant,the wine cellar, the garden and the wine. I recommend to try saperavi qveri, kisi qveri and the fantastic desert wine similar with Sherry
