We were on a roundtrip through China and this hotel had the best staff from all variety of hotels where we have decided to stay. They offered us a ride from the city to hotel premises and were super helpful during our short stay. We have received tips how to spend our time, recommendation for local beverages and a help with getting timely to our next stop. Last but not least, it is worth to mention that during our stay, the hotel staff was supported by a very energetic kitten that was super playful and made our time there even better!

The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful! I was planning a trip to the Yellow Mountains. I booked the hotel and as soon as I told them I wanted to go there they almost took over the whole planning (which was really helpful). They arranged all the taxi’s and information and even thought with us when and where we could eat before going back to Shanghai. I was utterly surprised by how helpful they were!

Mild Spring Boutique Hotel mempunyai basikal percuma, taman, lounge berkongsi dan teres di Huangshan. The husband and wife team of owners were exceptional in their customer service. They were very friendly, helpful, and personable. They went out of their way to make our brief stay comfortable and memorable. They organised our pick-up at the railway station, explained to us at length how to tackle our trip up the mountain for over 70s like us. They organised our trip to the nearby villages of Zidi and Hongcun with a good, dependable communicative driver. For these, we thank you and would definitely stay here again if we come by this way again.

Located in the New High-tech Development Zone in Hefei city, Crowne Plaza Hefei is a luxurious hotel features modern decorations and an indoor swimming pool open all year. Swimming pool and gym were fantasic. Room was made out of heaven. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen - they even had cheese from my country! (Greece). And the best of all - the price of stay was beyond amazing.

Stunning room with a spacious and modern feel. Amazing view of the city and exceptional pool. The staff were also fab and breakfast was superb!

The location was close to everything i wanted to see and had great valet service. The breakfast catered to international travelers and there was pleantly of room for large groups of people. The breakfast staff was very attentive. The room was spacious and had a bathtub which was great for soaking in after a long day of sightseeing, also the shower was in a seperate location.

The Langham, Hefei mempunyai pusat kecergasan, taman, lounge berkongsi dan restoran di Hefei. It was my first time staying in The Langham Hefei, though I can say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff’s courtesy, warmth and right level of care started right at entry of the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei ‘s lobby feels warm and happy due to its yellow hue lighting I believe. I could immediately smell flowers once I stepped in the lobby, pleasant but not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham worldwide. I prefer lily’s smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so one could enjoy the lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told it was considered the ceiling of Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in plus swiped my credit card on the wrong machine that caused the spending authority refused initially. The breakfast experience was also great! The Seasons restaurant has a big capacity so I was always able to be seated whenever I went down. House keeping also checks on guests each afternoon not see any additional help are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original plan to continue staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She continued to be warm, professional and efficient. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay again. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. From XIAO He I also experienced the Langham quality- courtesy, warmth,knowledge and efficiency. Being asked about absence of Langham’s pink uniform, she explained to me the responsibilities of each role and separation of roles in Langham’s efforts to optimize guests’ experience.She went extra miles to ask her manager’s permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour.

Luxurious rooms and beautiful big marble bathroom with stunning view of the river. Great breakfast and delightful staff.
