We had a lovely stay. The apartment was more than spacious for our family of 6. There's an attic room and bathroom on the top floor which was cozy. The bottom floor has a large kitchen with all amenities and utensils, a living areas with a large bed, a huge bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet. There's another big bed tucked in a corner just where the staircase sits. We were sent clear instructions for check-in and the host was very kind to arrange for our bags to be kept for a few hours when we checked-out. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a spacious, no hassle, clean and convenient place to stay at the heart of Zurich.

The hosts left very easy to follow instructions to access the unit and left us treats and umbrellas which was a nice extra touch. The bed was also comfortable and it was the first place we had on our trip that had air conditioning, which was great.

The service levels from the Concierge (in the main hotel across the road) were excellent; the breakfast in the restaurant was of very high quality, and our Residence itself was beautiful - in a great location, spacious and superbly appointed. The building itself is very old but the modern renovation has been done impeccably. The terrace at the rear was also beautiful and perfect for taking a break from city sightseeing. Highly recommended!

FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort has a restaurant, free bikes, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre in Zürich. Stunning hotel, with lovely and helpful staff. The reception staff could not have been more accommodating and nice. And set a lovely tone for our stay and this continued to all other departments. The guys on the bar were brilliant, chatted to us and joking. And in true Bar man style remembered us everytime we turned up.
