Shiny new, clean, well designed and across the road from the train station. Our room was on the backside and although the place seemed busy in the lobby our room was quiet. We decided to have dinner at DaVinchi. The staff accommodated us and we ate in the common area. The food was great.

Even though the rating of the WiFi on this website is a bit lower, the hotel fixed this convincingly by providing you with a wifi receiver to take to the room. This fully solved any issue that might have been there in the past, since the wireless internet worked perfectly.

Nomad by CERVO Mountain Resort mempunyai basikal percuma, kolam renang luaran, taman dan teres di Zermatt. Menyediakan restoran, tempat penginapan ini juga mempunyai bar, serta sauna dan hammam. Everything was perfect. Good view of Matterhorn. Vibe was welcoming and relaxing. Food selection was superb. Spa (and onsen) was amazing as well. Regret not staying here for more nights.

The appartment was very nice, spacious, with modern furniture and very well equipped kitchen. We didn't miss anything. The location was great and it alowed us to hike to wonderful places. Also, it was very quiet and peacefull, so we could really rest. In the appartment price we also had Saastal Card which was a bliss, we really used it for taking the cable cars.

Booking the right hotel has always been part of our travel itinerary. Schloss, Zermatt is definitely a must try. It is located just across the main train station, 3mins away from the gornegratt railway, 10mins away from sunnega blauherd station. The main road where everything is from shops, to restaurants, and grocery is just a couple of minutes away. The facilities are amazing with a heated pool, a spa, a big balcony, and a working fridge. Breakfast choices are more than enough and are real good. Plus all room booking include afternoon tea. The staff are lovely and courteous. This hotel is worth every penny.

Best location. Very clean. Charming hotel. Good restaurant on premises. Linnea at reception was helpful. Breakfast staff were friendly.
