Situated at the foot of the Weissbad Alpstein countryside in Appenzell, Resort Hof Weissbad features a 24-hour reception services and an extensive spa area. Free Wi-Fi is available. I have stayed here several times. It is very expensive so it makes a lovely treat. Personally I like that it is all „auf Deutsch“. I like to experience a place from that country‘s perspective, plus I can work on my German!

The hotel was in an excellent location five minutes walk from the railway station. We had problems with our baggage as Swiss Air did not load any luggage onto the plane. The staff at reception, in particular Mara and Emmanuel, were extremely helpful giving us information, etc to get a few clothes and toiletries. The room was a good size, clean and the beds comfortable. At breakfast there was a large selection of food, hot and cold, fruit and yoghurt.

The Einstein Hotel enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Sankt Gallen, at the edge of the pedestrian zone. front desk is very nice and give lots of valuable advise and support which all make my trip my easy and pleasant

The Forum Hotel enjoys a quiet location in Widnau in the Rhine Valley, close to the N13 motorway and Lustenau in Austria. It offers free parking. Location was bang in the centre. Property well maintained. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
