Starting with the excellent location , which is directly in front of the Interlaken Ost train station. Regarding the cleanness , the hotel was very clean and it has daily room service . Also, The Wifi and the overall facilities were great. Lastly , the hospitality of the staff made the experience even better , they were cooperative and helpful. Thank you

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

The space is fabulous and has a great kitchen, living room, view of the Jungfrau and an excellent outdoor deck. To top it all, both bathrooms have bidets which were much appreciated! Communication with the agency maintaining the apartment was super easy to handle.
