We visit the place once or twice a year, and we are never disappointed. The rooms and the facilities are clean and looked after. The stuff are helpful. The food is delicious. The hotel is awesome. Especially for it's price is the best one in Bansko for sure. Great apartments size, clean and full equipment. SPA is nice and the pool is fantastic. The staff is more more than welcome, everyone of them. The breakfast is everything you would ever need as regular guest. I recommend it with 10 out of 10. Thank you!

When we first stumbled upon this apartment it seemed almost too good to be true. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Rendy is the most thoughtful host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the area. The apartment is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and balcony are clean and light. SPA is so luxury addition. It was nice to spend a few hours there after hiking.The location was incredible. Rendy had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks Rendy for such a wonderful time ! We will be back. Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner were very good with a variety of dishes to choose from.

Really a pleasent surprise to find such a nice hotel and great reception staff, all speaking good english, ready to help you. I arrived late in the night, around 2:30 am and they were waiting for me with a sandwiches, fruits and water.

Katarino SPA Hotel is situated at the foot of the Rila Mountain, 8 km away from Bansko ski resort and 2 km away from Razlog. Great value for money. Wonderful SPA facilities, very friendly staff, great mountain views.
