The excellent service from the moment we stepped in the hotel, the staff, the hospitality, the facilities, the service were second to none. We stayed for a couple of nights, the room was amazing, the breakfast was superb and the service is beyond of whats expected. This hotel is a piece of art; a page straight from the art and culture book of the city of Vienna. We fell in love with the city and The Leo Grand made our experience a whole lot more. We will definitely be coming back and we look forward to seeing the familiar lovely faces of the Leo Grand staff.

The staff is very helpful and polite, we had a small wedding after party and the room was upgraded free of charge. I liked everything about the hotel except some mess during the breakfast, I think the waitress just forgot about my order, however it didn’t impact the overall experience:)

An innovative apartment hotel designed for living, working and socializing. The room was so pretty and clean. It really felt like they paid attention to every detail. I loved that I could adjust the lighting too. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly. I’d definitely want to stay here again if I visit Vienna. Highly recommended!
