One of my best boutique experiences ever. The hospitality was on the highest level. From the welcome sparkling wine to breakfast in the room next morning. Definitely worth every penny! The hosts are top!

Pretty much everything. The roof terrace for sunset drinks and the view. The historic details and the breakfasts in the hotel restaurant were fabulous. I was also spoilt since it was my Birthday with a bottle of Prosecco and a lovely card in our room.

This 5-star hotel is situated in a historic palace. Quinta das Lágrimas offers 3 room types: Palace Rooms once accommodated the Duke of Wellington and Garden Rooms overlook the botanical garden.

Exceptional service! And I don’t say this often. We’ve extended our stay for a few more days because of their amazing & welcoming hospitality. They have a few steps here and there which make it a bit inconvenient for baby prams but again, it didn’t feel like a hassle at all. It almost felt like they would say “yes” to any request except the very things they really could not do

The Room was spectacular, all in old original stones, regal furniture, and with a spa. We were welcomed with Champagne (and juice for the kids) and cake, and the breakfast basket was perfect. the staff were friendly and helpful - highly recommend
