The appartement was so clean and organised. The terasse is wonderful.

The room was exceptional, it exceeded my expectations. It was ample and very spacious. The breakfast was on another level and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome, like they were hosting a long-lost treasured relative. Don't get me started on the front desk staff, especially Jasmine and her Manager Samiya. They both went above and beyond to ensure I got the room I wanted and went out of their way to help us get checked into our room before the official check-in time, as we got to the hotel by 7 am and the official check-in time was 3 pm. Points also to the security team for your care , concern and prompt service when the alarm in my room suddenly went off for no reason. Thanks to Samiya and the hotel staff for the complimentary massage given to my daughter and me to make up for that minor inconvenience. No hotel has ever offered me a complimentary massage before because of an alarm going off. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. 10 / 10 across the board. I'll definitely be visiting again and would gladly recommend the hotel to everyone.

What can I say? Our trip to Casablanca was incredible, and we were extremely fortunate to stay in this fantastic apartment! Apartment & Location From the moment we arrived, Adam made us feel very welcome, and the key handover was seamless. The apartment is just outside the central district, so you're away from the hustle and bustle yet still, only a 5-10 min walk to key areas. Right in front of the apartment is Hybrid Café—perfect for a quick Moroccan tea, coffee, or snack! Several supermarkets are within a few minutes’ walk, and for pampering, a salon (ladies only) is just down the road. Restaurants to Visit ✅ Mood’s – Amazing service & great food. ✅ Dar Dada – A must-visit for Moroccan cuisine, great atmosphere & belly dancing. ✅ Rick’s Café – Iconic spot, great vibe, food was okay. ✅ Clay Oven (Indian Cuisine) – Hidden gem! Fantastic Indian food. ✅ Le Casablanca Hotel – 5-star experience, with pricing to match, but absolutely worth it for a luxurious night out. ✅ Kenzi Tower Hotel - Sky 28 – Breathtaking views of Casablanca, especially at night! 🚖 Traffic Tip: If travelling by taxi between 5:30 - 7:30 PM, allow an extra 20 mins due to traffic. Exploring Casablanca We visited Hassan II Mosque, the Royal Palace, and more! If you enjoy walking, explore on foot and take a £2-3/$3-4 taxi back. We used the Careem app—which works great, but max 3 passengers per taxi. Language & Hospitality Everywhere we went, people were extremely friendly and welcoming. If you don’t speak French or Arabic, you’ll still get by easily, but learning a few basic pleasantries before your visit will be helpful. Final Thoughts Our trip to Casablanca was truly brilliant, and this apartment played a huge role in making our holiday so memorable. It was central to our experience and truly a hidden gem. Large rooms and conveniently located apartment. There is safe and secure parking underneath the building. The elevator takes you right next to the apartment. The host, Adam, is very helpful and willing to provide anything that you need. I asked him for some salt and pepper and he brought me bags filled with various spices along with the salt and pepper. The tv has Netflix and world wide channels so you can watch tv from your home country of you want to. The Hassan II Mosque is only 8 to 10 minute drive away depending on traffic. Towels and linen are provided and if you need more, just mention it to Adam and he will bring you more right away. We were very happy with our stay.

In a great quiet area with shops, cafe, restaurants around within 10 min walking distance.

A very nice hotel with an excellent location and parking garage. A little expensive depending upon the season, but prime location and quality rooms. Staff is also very polite and helpful. I'd recommend.
