Maybe the best hotel experience I've had. The amazing view from the room window, the service, the design of the hotel, the food (It's actually dinner served in the lounge), and of course the wonderful onsen. The price was relatively reasonable.

Everything was great, better than expected. We had room with private Onsen on the balcony but also used private onsen on 6th floor which is bigger. Staff were amazing. Great food as well.
