The hotel is excellent. Located on Lake Kawaguchiko. Traditional experience with an onsen and traditional tatami mat rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a free shuttle to take you from the hotel to Kawaguchiko Station.

The food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. The 2nd night, we booked Premium Suite for 4 ppl, they made the best 2 extra beds for us. Best view of Mt.Fuji

Honestly one of our best hotels throughout our whole trip in Japan, it was so classic and a true Japanese experience. The room was traditional with a beautiful view over the lake and our own outdoor bath which was pure luxury. The food was an experience on its own!! Having a full Japanese Ryotei every evening was just incredible, and the hotel has amazing views of Mt Fuji. Highly recommend!

The hotel is a boutique hotel so not many rooms. The location is at residential area so it’s very quiet, however still close to convenient stores (7Eleven & Family Mart).

irst of all, I like the friendliness of customer service, who happens to have worked in my country, the rooms are clean and have heating, complete kitchen equipment, there are 2 bathrooms with very sufficient and good towels. you can clearly see Mount Fuji, you can park your car, etc.
