Perfect location , beautiful villa surrounded by family farm and nature. The room was beautiful and comfortable , with balcony . We had a wonderful dinner and breakfast in the restaurant of the villa , all the food is " farm to table" all ingredients are from the family farm , home made cheese , yogurt , olive oil and etc.... Mirko the host was amazing and very welcoming , friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!!

The host was very friendly and we felt welcomed though we have never seen her :) We checked in and checked out by ourselves. View is spectacular, swimming pool is nice and refreshingly cold in the end of september :D Apartment has almost everything you could wish for. Beach is at walking distance. (for people with disabilities this apartment and path to the beach is not suitable). Accessible only by car.

A beautiful, fully equipped villa with maximum privacy and a great, very helpful owner, Gianni. The accommodation was very pleasant, we enjoyed it a lot and the location on the outskirts of the city with a longer distance to the sea didn't matter. We also really appreciated the delicious breakfast on the terrace by the pool. All in all, I can only recommend and will definitely use again on my next visit to Olbia!
