Very quiet and peaceful place, easy to find and easy to get around by car. Lovely pool, excellent food, lots of parking, very good AC system, very good water pressure in the large shower. Communication with the host was easy and efficient and we were made to feel very much at home!

Great little accommodation inside an old palace in the city center of Noto. Our room came with voucher for free breakfast at a local café. The room was very comfortable and had everything you could need. Super clean. Nice bed. Stocked mini bar with affordable prices and free water, coffee, tea. The owner’s mother was there to greet us and show us into our apartment. On site parking was a plus.

The property is basically brand-new and well-maintained, clean and well laid out. On Check In we were upgraded to a superior room which was well appreciated! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and looked after us very much, in particular the bar staff, Andrea and his colleagues were particularly friendly and had a great chat, I would recommend staying here in the future!

The staff were so friendly and make the stay so comfortable for you. Nothing is too much. The hotel is right on the beach and the beach and water are amazing. The breakfast is great. The little pool at the top with seating is lovely for watching the sunset. Only 6 bedrooms so feels very private.

Very beautiful and spacious villa! We loved the beautiful garden and the large swimming pool. Francesco is the perfect host - he was very attentive and helpful. From wonderful recommendations on places to visit and restaurants, to recommending a lovely boat tour (we loved it!), plus he had stocked the fridge with water, drinks and lovely Sicilian wine :) The neighborhood is a quiet residential area and close to the beach. Thank you for the amazing holidays! We will be back! ;)
