Beautiful property, amazing condition.

As soon as I booked the appartmament, the host contacted me as I had worries about parking my car when booking. He went through all the parking choices around the property with maps to lead me to them while in the apartment, making sure it's all ready for me! He sent me the map to the appartmament, by the time I was there all supplies were there( cofee pods. Sugar, the....)the place was warm and smelled amazingly clean!! Then emails poured in from then every so long with palces to visit, best steakhouse, seafood and even best of local specialities. The guys made me feel really welcome, even when he needed anything from he was so courteous about it like ID or the tourist tax... I left the money on the table, leaving the apartment, trusting me with the money and the state of the apartment, This was my first stay I civitavecchia and staying in the apartment made even more enjoyable and dare I said perfect. Thanks to my host for going the extra mile. I would without a doubt book again CORSO MARCONI APPARTMAMENT and I urge everyone to do the same, I love supporting small businesses owners.

Fantastic new property with wonderful staff.. loved the place

It's a real gem in this small seaside town. Everything is well thought and well designed, as one would expect from a high quality apartment. Clean, spacious and comfortable, positioned on the main street of S. Marinella, but perfectly insulated from the street noises. We really felt like home and we regret our stay ended so quickly. Highly recommended for a short or a long stay!!!
