From the moment we arrived at Maharaja The Royal Resort, we were greeted with warm hospitality and regal ambiance that lives up to its name. Nestled near the serene lake, the Lake View Room we stayed in was an absolute delight – spacious, tastefully decorated, and designed to offer uninterrupted views of the tranquil waters. The room featured a large window and balcony overlooking the lake, which made for the perfect spot to enjoy early morning tea or unwind in the evening. The interiors blended traditional charm with modern comfort – plush bedding, elegant curtains, ambient lighting, and a well-maintained ensuite bathroom with all essentials provided. What stood out most was the attention to detail and cleanliness. The housekeeping team ensured everything was spotless and well-arranged each day. Service and hospitality were top-notch. The staff was courteous, quick to respond, and always went the extra mile to make our stay more enjoyable. Whether it was arranging a boat ride or suggesting local spots to explore, they were knowledgeable and accommodating. We also loved the poolside area, which stays open till late – a rare and thoughtful offering. The restaurant served delicious meals – from local flavors to dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The entire team, without any exception, from the entrance and the concierge through the reception up to the room service and the restaurant teams, from management and the staff - exceptional. It stays true, that in service business quality and customer satisfaction depend on people, on every very single individual person. Thus, I am hesitating to mention individual names, as it would be unfair towards the many others I can't mention here. Thanks to all of you 🥰. The hotel is next to the airport, and still very quite inside the hotel and in my room. The bed was very comfortable, the room had a good size. unfortunately I did not eat breakfast because my flight was very early. The staff was very helpfull at all time.
