The surroundings were serene and the views were magnificent. Having a private warm natural spring bath at the door made it a spectacular experience. For anyone thinking to trek Mt Batur I highly recommend staying here for a night. My private tour was organised by the Villa on the night I arrived for the next morning. There were very accomodating, assisting and provided great value.

Over all the place was really clean and the location is not hard to found it, even like the bedroom, bathroom, jacuzzi, hot water, and the breakfast is all so perfect thank you

An unforgettable stay with outstanding service! We spent several nights at this lovely accommodation and couldn’t have been happier. The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnitured. Garden and pool are perfect for relaxing after an adventurous day in Bali. A very special thank-you goes to Komang, our wonderful host and guide. He not only cooked regional meals and organized our Mount Batur tour flawlessly, but also personally took us through the village and gave us a genuine insight into the local culture—including a visit to the temple. His warmth, knowledge, and helpful nature truly elevated our experience. The place is a little hidden away, but that's all part of its charm. It's nestled between the family homes of an agricultural village at the far end of the lake, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists. It's definitely worth the journey to get there. You'll love how authentic it feels. You'll get to experience real Balinese life, with a wonderful blend of tradition and modern times. Sadly, 10 points are all we can give... we’d give more if we could! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a meaningful and memorable stay.

This was the accom with the best views and best service of all the accoms I stayed in Bali. The mountain views are stunning and getting to enjoy it during the day time, night time, sunrise, and sunset was a real treat. We did not get to see a full 'lautan awan' (sea of clouds) but saw almost full cloud cover. Initially, there was an issue with our reservation, but staff Mahdi and Setiawan were very helpful in sorting it out. Outstanding service in ensuring we had a comfortable stay and everything we needed. Mahdi was very considerate of our comfort and also gave halal restaurant recommendations and qibla. They also helped arrange a sunrise jeep tour+black lava visit. This was the highlight activity of our Bali trip! Our guide, Putu, knew all the good photo angles. He was also an all-around nice guy, saving the day restarting another Jeep. They were also very helpful in arranging the Trunyan boat tour afterwards. Thank you Mahdi, Setiawan, Putu, and all the staff. Would definitely stay again.

It is a nice property in the Sebatu village. The employees are really good people. They make an effort to make you fill good. They also assist me the day I needed a doctor. Thank you for your great hospitality!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this review. Everything was absolutely perfect the hotel itself, our room, the food, the spa… During our stay, we enjoyed every facility available. We had breakfast and dinner daily, booked a massage, joined a skincare session, and from the moment we walked in the door, everything absolutely everything was wonderful. I’ll never forget the welcome ceremony they offered upon our arrival it was a beautiful touch. As a hotelier and a chef, this was a truly unique experience for me. From the very first moment, the Front Office Manager, Lalu, took excellent care of us. He even spoke a few words in Turkish as he had previously worked in Türkiye, which was a lovely surprise. Lalu even took care of our transfer to our next hotel. He definitely deserves a promotion. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 12 years, and I’ve never seen a Front Office Manager like him! The lady who assisted us during check-in (I can’t remember her first name, but her maiden name was Sari) was very polite and kind. Throughout our stay, our room attendant Adi made us feel completely at home and surprised us in the sweetest ways every time we entered our room thank you so much for that. A big thanks to Novi at the spa who did my massage and facial treatment she was amazing. Our room was incredible, with fantastic amenities. We didn’t want to leave the private hot tub. I honestly dream of staying in the exact same room when we return. I’d like to offer a very special thank you to the kitchen team. I tried nearly everything at breakfast it was all delicious. My husband tried the traditional Balinese breakfast and really enjoyed it. The waitstaff at breakfast were kind and attentive. As for the dinners Nico took care of our table both nights and made sure we were comfortable.(He was also working the morning shift we saw him both in the evening and the morning, and yet his energy was still at its peak, and he continued to deliver outstanding service

I stayed at this villa during my solo trip, and it was absolutely amazing! The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially at sunrise. At night, the soothing sounds of nature created a magical and serene atmosphere, making my stay truly unforgettable. The villa itself was very comfortable and cozy, with everything I needed for a relaxing time. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making it welcoming and functional. I also want to express my gratitude to the hostess. She was incredibly hospitable and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made me feel at home. I highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking tranquility, comfort, and a connection with nature. I can’t wait to return!
