This apartment was spacious, thoughtfully renovated and very well equipped with all the modern essentials. A huge balcony with built in bench seating and a large table for entertaining. The lovely high ceilings make the apartment feel even bigger. George our host was delightful, friendly and the perfect host. The location is close to the beach and easy to find. We had a very peaceful, comfortable and relaxing night. The apartment was super clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Everything we could have wanted for breakfast was offered by the owner, and most were even handmade! The recently renovated apartment was fully equipped with everything we could have needed, and our 18month baby definitely felt at home. Everything was clean and fresh, appliances are all brand new, and we had some great evenings on the spacious wonderful terrace! The owner was so kind and friendly offering assistance at any time, and they even offered us a VERY late checkout without even asking! The apartment is very close to the beach and a 10min walk from tavernas and minimarkets. Overall one of the best vacation experiences I've ever had, highly recommended to families with small children.Many thanks and congratulations to Mr. Spyros and Mrs. Sofia for offering a lot more than just an apartment!

Everything was beyond perfect. Our host, George, was wonderful. The apartment is stunning and the view is amazing! George was there to answer all of our questions and make our stay feel like we were in our own home. The apartment has everything you need and the building is equiped with an elevator. His family was kind and were available whenever we needed something. The fridge was filled with beverages and snacks to get us started. Plus, a coffee shop and bakery across the road. Great for families and couples. I will forever remember this trip and will be sure to go back. One of my top places to visit in Greece. This place is a 10 out of 10!

The location was fantastic—truly peaceful and private. The owners were incredibly kind and attentive, providing genuine Greek hospitality that made our stay even more special. The villa itself was unique and comfortable, offering a perfect retreat. Plus, the beach is just a short two-minute walk away. I stayed here with my husband, and we’re already looking forward to returning!

I went with my girlfriend to relax for a bit and we loved it. The staff of topos were very helpful with everything, how to get there safely, where to go sightseeing and where to eat, the facilities were very clean and beautiful although it was a 20 minute drive from the centre of loutraki, it was a very quiet and wonderful place near the vouliagmeni lake. If you wanna go somewhere to relax and see a really fantastic place you should go to topos. We appreciate everything they did for us and we are already looking forward to visiting the same place again.
