A friendly receptionist at the front desk. My friend and I were very impressed with the room. It was real value for money. The only thing, is that it is slightly out of town but you could call a cab and it's not expensive if you have the taxi app on your phone - Just download the app, it's called Bolt. But make sure that when you land in Georgia to buy a sim card on the airport.

Clean, beds are so comfortable. Great quality everything is the room. Fine wibe! Personnel relaxed and easy and so helpful. Great location, close to everything cool. Quite new hotel. Kitchen excellent 👍. Breakfast so reach in everything! We lost out wallet and the personnel found it and returned it all safe to us, that was so incredible, and it was our wedding day. This hotel had friendly, English-speaking staff. The rooms were large and the linen was lovely. The bathroom was excellent. I wish we'd stayed here for all of our days in Tbilisi and not just for one night as we travelled in and out of the city.
