The location was excellent, a short drive from Floors Castle in Kelso. The breakfast menu was excellent with a variety of choices to choose from. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Being a country house surrounded by fields and woodland meant that the house martins visiting the location regularly put on an aerobatical display which was mesmerizing to watch.

Exactly as described. No shortage of logs or hot water. Plenty of towels and robes were a nice touch. Good welcome pack and a well equipped kitchen including cleaning products. Super clean and very nicely presented.

We had a great 3 night stay, the weather stayed dry and the walks with the dog were wonderful. The house came with a well equipped kitchen, the beds were comfortable and very clean. The wifi connection was great we managed to connect easily. The log burner made the room lovely and cozy, a beautiful feature.
