I don’t even know where to start... Everything was AMAZING! This Hotel is just THE PERFECT place to relax and have a lot of fun on the sun. They keep their pride in keeping everything clean and beautiful, and all the people working there are extremely helpful and friendly. They attend to their guests with every need, the freshly prepared food is so delicious with different choices and varieties. Every day there are many activities around the pool such as Zumba, Yoga, Water polo, Aqua gym, Volleyball, Pètangue, Darts, Etc. After the delicious dinner, the Animation Team led by Shaggy, will make sure to keep you entertained and laughing every night with different programs and shows such as The Oriental show, Dance show, Comedy show, Fire shows, Mic show, and many many more. You just feel like you are a part of that Happy Life Family during your stay, so that is why this name is Just perfect for this hotel and I thank you all so much for a wonderful holiday. The property is very diverse and people spread nicely so it’s never to crowded in one place. There is an aquapark, several pools (adults-only, relax pools, animated pools), the beautiful beach. Also the greenery is meticulously kept in place.

We were lucky to receive an upgrade to a room with wonderful sea & lagoon view. Rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage, large TV and a super balcony. Ours had a view over the amazing private beach that surrounds the Palace hotel, over the entrance to the lagoon and all the ship entering and the desert on the other side. Unforgettable panorama at dawn (05.30h in April) and technicolor sunsets :-). Totally quiet at night. Super attentive room service; waterbottles and fruit. - The garden with the numerous large palm trees, its large lawns and its sea of flowers is meticulously kept. Fresh towels are provided daily for the pool and the beach. The very long pontoon offers fantastic views for everybody. Snorkeling is possible from there or on a large portion of the beach. Colourful fish everywhere. Highly recommended scuba diving center is right near the Palace Pickalbatros with lessons and excursions. - We loved the food, especially the egyptian and the indian dishes. We started our days with omelettes, pancakes freshly made for breakfast, incredible goyavas fresh and pressed. -The entrance to the Palace Pickalbatros hotel is truly majestic, as is the large lobby and the bar with its terrace overlooking the artificial lagoon of the neighboring hotel . - All staff in the amazing Palace Pickalbatros hotel are very well trained and respectful. They work really hard to make guests feel at home and pampered. A big thanks and congratulations to the manager, Mr Mina for the amazing job.

The hotel is beautifully designed, and really nicely furnished. We stayed in a family room with pool access - it's not so much a private pool, because it's shared with a few other rooms, but you have a section of it to yourself. The hotel was opened just a few weeks ago, so it was almost entirely empty. Everyone was super nice and friendly, especially Ahmend and Khalifa in the beach bar! Location is excellent - directly in front of the hotel there is an underwater meadow, which brings turtles and sea cows in every day, there's a diving centre on the beach and the reef can be found a short swim away to the edge of the bay.
