The accomodation and staff, especially Pablo, were fantastic. Our flight connection was delayed and Pablo helped organise transport so we could still arrive the day planned. We even received a Christmas gift. It was a great location which made it easy to access all Crans-Montana had to offer. The accomodation was modern, clean and luxurious. The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished with nice outdoor areas and views of the valley. The host went out of their way to ensure we arrived safely and welcomed us personally even when we were delayed.
