CanadaStart with issues: the coffee maker - no carafe. It did have pods for individual coffees, but had to measure each cup of water prior. If too much water, it overflowed. The dining chairs were very uncomfortable- looked like the upholstery had been removed, not enough stuffing and fell into the chair with the wooden bar under legs. The cloth covers were dirty. Would recommend replacing the chairs. The living room furniture was uncomfortable. Two small fold-down beds, no neck support and the TV was so high had to crane neck to watch. Took up alot of space. The Christmas tree was still up in 3rd week of February. With 6 people, it was a tight fit. There wasn't enough cutlery, I had brought some extra. There were only 5 towels for 6 people, and no face cloths. A bath floor towel was the hand towel. Hand soap in only one washroom. The washcloth was a well-used sponge - maybe get j-cloths at least. We left a cloth behind. It was incredibly icy on the walkway and driveway. Someone had fallen I guess - wasn't one of our group - and there was blood on the sidewalk. Having said that, it was a quiet, clean neighbourhood, plenty of bathrooms, closet space, comfortable beds, kitchen appliances were great. If the issues mentioned were addressed, I would book again, but not until then.
