We enjoyed the breakfast, the view of the port on the SW side or of the city on the NE side, the Oakwood hour, the comfort of the apartment, the cleanliness throughout, the 25 minute walk to Port Melbourne Beach, and the 10 minute walk to the promenade along the Yarra River. However, what impressed us the most was the entire staff.. They were engaging, professional, welcoming, and very helpful. These are well trained individuals who understand the importance of customer satisfaction. We were satisfied. Bravo!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Skygarden service apartment in Glen Waverley, Melbourne, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The location is fantastic, situated right next to The Glen shopping mall, which makes shopping and dining extremely convenient. One of the highlights of my stay was the numerous food options available nearby, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. As I had rented a car, I appreciated the private parking area, which was not only secure but also free of charge. Albert was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. His warm and attentive service truly made a difference, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and efficiently.
