This place is simply amazing. The tents are super nice and clean provided with mosquito nets and air conditioning. Private bathroom as part of the tent. The staff is very friendly and you can easily connect with other people during game drive or at the camp fire. Game drives were fantastic! We have seen all the big 5 and our guides Karabo and Floyd are very knowledgeable. We also really enjoyed the food. The star is the braai (bbq) which offers options for meat lovers and vegetarians. I was surprised how good the oxtail was. The starter soups are also amazing. Vegetarian options were also available on request. Potential allergies were requested beforehand. For breakfast my favourite was the omelette, but other options are provided as well. Besides all of this you can enjoy the pool surrounded by birds between your game drives and in the night time, the sounds of the bush (yes we heard hyenas while falling asleep, but no need to worry, all is safe as a fence separates you from the wild animals!). Don’t forget to loop up at night and enjoy the clear night sky full of stars from the entrance of your tent. Brendan has been super useful to assist us with the tour booking to Sabi Sand

The staff, accommodation, food and game drives were all excellent!!! We were comfortable, well looked after, and highly recommend Isambane for the price point.

Part of the Greater Kruger area, Kapama River Lodge is situated in the expansive 15,000-hectare Kapama Private Game Reserve. everything was perfect, i am really picky about food, and special requests were done accordantly every meal. Felishia was a great waitress during the entire stay. Our ranger Nervermind and tracker Tampa were the best, really knowledgeable. our room service lady (forgot her name, but we were on room 18 from the 26th until de 29 of December) was also the sweetest.

Couldn’t asked for a better place to spend my new year! Brian, Donald, Lynn, Mamsi and the rest of staff made me feel so at home and taken care of. Rooms/tents are very spacious and comfortable with a huge terrace so you can really take in the surroundings. Dinner around the fireplace in the evening was lovely, and the food was amazing! Be prepared to gain a couple kilos - it’s so worth it ;) They will arrange any activity for you and I can also highly recommend the bush walks. I hope to be back at Lion Tree Top soon!

Africa on Foot is located in Klaserie Private Nature Reserve. The rustic-style camp features thatched chalet accommodation, a bar and a viewing deck with splash pool and sun loungers. Food was delicious, staff were warm friendly and informative

Stay at the lodge in the private Griejete Park Reserve at Mbizi Bush Lodge was truly remarkable. Breathtaking scenery, with an amazing pool and stunning views, the lodge provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable holiday. What truly set this experience apart was the expertise and hospitality of Bjorn and his family, who served as our hosts. As an experienced ranger with a deep knowledge of the local wildlife, Bjorn enriched our stay with insightful safaris and engaging conversations about animals. Bjorn's family contributed to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel like part of their own. Delicious meals, their genuine care for our comfort and enjoyment was evident throughout our stay.

Surrounded by nature and wildlife, Greenfire Game Lodge is located inside the Balule Game Reserve. It offers a viewing deck, dining room and outdoor pool. What a place to stay! This was our second trip in two years to Kruger. Can’t say enough about the lodge, rooms (comfy beds!), views, food, our wonderful guide Victor, ownership, and the rest of the staff. We saw all the big 5 within 24 hours and had way more intimate and close up viewings than other options. They are so caring and paid attention to small details to make guests feel special. We were sad to leave. This was just as beautiful and luxurious as more expensive lodges, but less pretentious. Very welcoming and comfortable. Even the monkeys were cute and not wrecking havoc! It makes a huge difference during down time to enjoy where you are staying and the views of animals just from our deck and view was above and beyond what we would expect. We would recommend Greenfire to anyone and we can’t wait to come back. Thanks everyone!

Situated in the Balule Nature Reserve, Muweti Bush Lodge offers the opportunity for wildlife encounters at its waterhole, where elephants and other game come to drink. This is the most beautiful place to spend time. We loved our chalet, it was a real bush life experience but it was cosy, clean and luxurious. We loved seeing the animals from our balcony and listening to them as we fell asleep. The staff are truly outstanding. We felt so taken care of. Our room was spotless and serviced every day. We were transferred to and from the airport and they even set up a special dinner to celebrate our honeymoon with Muweti bubbles! The food was delicious and it was such a treat to sit around the fire and have Hardus and Niel cook for us. They are both amazing guides and we learnt so much from them, from Valeria as well! Thank you to the whole team for making our first safari unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

Naledi Lodges lies within the Balule Game Reserve and is located 25 km from Hoedspruit. It boasts panoramic views of the African savannah and features an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant and bar. We had an amzing stay. The experience was very personalised staff very attentive and welcoming. The rangers were very well trained.Thegame drives are a true adventure, tracking down the big 5!
