The property is close to the beautiful Retezat national park and valley of the city of Hateg.

We spent 2 nights so during the day we hiked the nearby peaks and during the night we gawked our eyes at the night sky for meteors because of the Perseids. Because of the short stay we couldn't take advantage of all the activities that are possible (ATV's, hot tub, paragliding) but we plan to on our next stay. Thank you Sam for making us feel like old friends.
