Wish we'd had more time just to relax and enjoy their gorgeous property!

We loved the overall vibe of this property. The communal spaces to eat are really nice and you feel a real hostel vibe even though the rooms are private. We loved the hotel beach that is easily accessible from the grounds. We stayed in the Estrella cabin that overlooked another quiet beach, so we’d fall asleep to the waves every night. There is a Toucan rescue who comes by a lot. I got to see her during my shower along with seeing a sloth from our balcony. I paid to get a massage done on site, and Josie did an amazing job! Owners and staff are also all extremely nice people.

It's right down the road from the ocean and within walking distance to a few restaurants. The howler monkeys are loud in the morning, but it's exciting to be able to stay in nature and experience it so closely. Overall, you are instantly relaxed when you arrive at Jungle Paunch.

We stayed in Nathylodge for 3 nights and we were impressed by the warm welcoming of the owner Clarisse. She is amazing, kind and ready to help person! We felt like we came to friends. She also cooks incredibly tasty!! The territory of the hotel is very clean and tidy, a lot of green trees, flowers, grass. They take care of it very good. Also there is the private coral reef with amazing, beautiful corals. Lodges are good enough for 2 people, made in the province style, with big windows, big bed, hammock and two chairs to sit outside. Very clean, everything is new.

The crew had gone above and beyond by adorning our space with beautifully crafted balloon hearts, adding an extra touch of magic to our stay. It was an unexpected and heartwarming gesture for our honeymoon that immediately made us feel special and appreciated. The tranquility of the surroundings, coupled with the personalized touch from the thoughtful crew, made our stay truly memorable. Whether it was relaxing on the porch or taking leisurely walks in the nearby trails, every moment felt like a cherished escape.

We enjoyed hiking, kayaking, and relaxing. The small resort size contributed to friendly conversation amongst the international clientele. Staff was great and attentive to every need.
