The stay at the new ruins hotel was an incredible surprise, as soon as we arrived at the gate Nick treated us as we were family, new ruins is a very cool 100% sustainable compound that offers hospitality, thoughtful meals everyday that were prepared with local ingredients, Ximena is an amazing chef, it also offers parking lot, wifi everywhere, pool and yoga area, beach is located at 100 meters.

The lodge features a barbecue. Gio was an incredible host, wish we could have stayed for longer. Low price for a huge room with 4 beds. Got great recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The courtyard is beautiful and the other people staying there were super nice. Great atmosphere, with pool and gym and easily accessible bar. Relatively close and straightforward to the beach. Good food close by in the intersection.

The property is unique and elegant, in a spectacular setting, with a remote feel. The staff is warm and attentive, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the food was tasty. The private beach lounge deck, with pool, is out of a dream.

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the lodge, while cycling can be enjoyed nearby. Great spot. In the center of town near great beaches but it feels like it's in a more quiet rural setting. The place has nice character and is a cool Mexican style. The owners are sweet people. Loved it. Hope to return.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the lodge. Bibi and Sergio are amazing hosts. Excellent location super close to the beach, el Rinconcito. Perfect kitchen to prep your meals. Comfy bed.

Mitla is 1.5 km from the lodge, while Hierve el Agua is 22 km away. Oaxaca International Airport is 50 km from the property. The design, it was very cute. Further away from the city but still very close and very peaceful. The staff was very very friendly and helpful.
