We have been there for 4 nights. Devaka and his family have been so nice and the food (breakfast & dinner) was really good. Devaka took us to a tea factory which was very interesting and also gave us a lot of helpful tips for the hikes and other stuff to do around. Room was small but had everything, also very confortable beds. The shower was also hot, what is very nice when it‘s a bit colder. The place was perfect, far away from the chaotic Ella but close enough to the train station. Thanks again to Devaka and his family. Highly recommended to stay there!!

The highlight was the spacious deck with hammock floors, where we enjoyed lush green views. An added bonus was the opportunity to learn about the social projects led by Arawe Retreat, supporting local farmers and empowering women through macrame crafts. The apartment's boho flair with displayed goods adds a unique touch. We highly recommend this place (for solo travelers, couples, and families)!

Featuring a garden and free WiFi, Arana Sri Lanka Eco Lodge and Yoga Center is situated in Ella, 3 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. Amazing place, breathtaking views! We realized the moment that we checked in that we SHOULD have booked for two nights (or more) not one. I would have loved to have attended the cooking and yoga classes and simply enjoyed the majestic location.

Located in Ohiya, surrounded by mountains in the Horton Plains Range, Hill Safari - Tea Estate Villa mainly serves Sri Lankan cuisine. We loved our stay at the Hill Safari. The views were spectacular, the staff made us feel very comfortable and welcome and the room was everything we needed. The food was also delicious and they gave us many new year treats to try. They recommended some great walking routes, talking you through the route with a hand drawn map!
