Amazingly welcoming and helpful hosts. Scrummy breakfast served each morning with great tips as to how to get lift passes / access the resort / book restaurants. Nothing was too much bother. Totally brilliant!

Sato was a great host ,he gave a lot of useful information and even helped with transport back and forth from kutchan station, the room is comfortable and there's a free shuttle to the resort not too far from the lodge.

The small house in which you sleep is a dream one! It's clean, wooden and powered by small furnice. There is electricity but you can feel as if you were living very close to the nature. Moreover, Akira and Kyoko are adorable hosts, always happy to help and support your travelling plans. They show the true hospitality spirit and make your stay there very sweet. PS: The place is so quiet, that during the night, all you can hear is the sound of snowflakes hitting the ground. Terrific.

Stayed here for 5 days of skiing, and the experience was incredible. Tyler, Toni, Aiden and the whole staff made it feel more like I was staying at a friend’s ski cabin than a hostel; they are very cool, kind and knowledgeable about all things Niseko. The morning shuttle to the Kings Gondola of Grand Hirafu and early breakfast provided was very helpful to catch first tracks everyday. As a solo traveler, I also appreciated the common area, communal dining area and pool table which made it really easy to make friends with other guests which was nice for skiing and apres in Niseko village. Hostels are inherently different from the comforts of a private hotel room but Ramat Niseko has built a really amazing culture and has a charming & functional design to the building itself for skiing that makes it one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in, I hope I can come back again next year.

Anna and Aiden were excellent hosts. The Lodge was clean, warm and comfortable. Cosy beds and fabulous hot showers!. Ample breakfast was provided with a delicious home cooked hot option. We were fortunate to have a car, but I believe the Lodge mini bus and the resort Shuttle services worked well for other guests. Great value for money, lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend. Offering accommodation with free WiFi, and TV, Hirafu Tomten is set 2.3 km from Hirafu Holiday Pair 1 and 2.2 km from Grand Hirafu King Quad 2. Cosy clean rooms, shuttle service to the family chair lift in the morning. The staff were exceptional! They made us feel very welcomed during our stay.
