The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff, especially Nyokki, were exceptionally welcoming and professional throughout my stay. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest. The service was prompt and efficient, and Nyokki went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu, Pension Woody Note provides cosy accommodation with wooden flooring and furnishings. The owner, Toshi San was incredibly helpful and the atmosphere in the lodge was very relaxed and homey.

Surrounded by nature, Pension Ashitaya offers an escape from the city with its simply furnished Western and Japanese-style rooms, just a 7-minute drive from JR Furano Station. Jimmy was so accommodating. He went out of his way to get us to the hill and skiing. The food was excellent. Stay here.

Situated in Lake Toya, 14 km from Lake Toya, LAKE view PRIVATE log house features accommodation with a garden, free WiFi and a 24-hour front desk. The check in information was clear to understand with directions easy to follow. We enjoyed the small details like arranging exactly 8 pairs of slippers at the front door for each of the guests we reserved for. It was a nice and thoughtful touch. Very clean home in a beautiful area. Wish we stayed another night!

Nice cottage with free parking & surround with trees, gives a natural view. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. Host are friendly, breakfast is yummy especially bun - soft and chewy. Will stay again in future.
