What a beautiful place, it was a hot and sunny day it’s magical, there was a breeze and the surroundings are perfect. the lodges are excellent value clean and comfortable . iWhat make this place outstanding is the staff they are excellent. Our waiter was an absolute angel he dealt with our grandson who can be challenging with patience and kindness. I would recommend wish we had been staying longer. We will be back 💗

HI, WE ARRIVED TO THE PLACE THAT WE BOOKED AFTER A LONG JOURNEY AND THE FLAT WAS NOT PREPARED FOR US, THE BEDS WERE NOT MADE, THERE WERE DIRTY SHEETS FROM A PREVIOUS LODGER. THE FRONT DOOR WAS NOT SAFE, IT DIDN’T LOCK PROPERLY. WE TRIED TO CONTACT THE OWNER BY PHONE HIM AND BY SENDING HIM THE PICTURE OF THE FLAT. HE ONLY REPLAYED AFTER WE LEFT. WE HAD TO BOOK A B&B AS SOON AS POSSIBLY WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE THERE! WE ARE GOOD CUSTOMERS WE DO USE BOOKING.COM QUITE A LOT. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WE DEMAND A FULL REFUND.

Hotel is situated a 15 minute walk from central Colmar. It has plenty of onsite parking. Rooms are similar to Premier Inn, in the UK, ie a notch or two above Travel Lodge. Perfectly acceptable, and the stand out feature of this hotel are the more than adequate breakfasts, which really very good.

Exceptionally pleasant experience from booking, lodging, to departure. The hosts were welcoming and greeted us with a nice bottle of Alsatian wine that was chilled and waiting in the refrigerator. The apartment was well stocked and immaculately clean. It was well situated to downtown Colmar. Parking was also a plus. Would definitely consider staying at the property again when in the area.

The location is a dream: in the middle of nature, just next to the wonderful Écomusée. Nice and cute little ecolodges are very comfortable.
