The property is well maintained and looks more like a resort in the middle of a forest rather than hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are also spacious. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The location is close to shops and restaurants. The owner lady Elizabeth is very friend and ready to help. The breakfast is a typical american breakfast and it is good.

I really enjoyed my stay the the Kuyana Amazon Lodge, it was simply wonderful to be in the rainforest and at the river and creeks. The food was excellent, the staff was very helpful and friendly at any time of my stay.

Our hosts were wonderful, they took such good care of us. Breakfasts were incredible, fresh fruits, juices, delicious eggs, rolls and cheese-a feast! The rescue birds were very well cared for and entertaining. The grounds are a wonderland-we had a fabulous and educational tour. And we were able to feed the monkeys! Oro y Luna is away from town but close enough to easily get to town.
