Seeing the reviews I was a bit worried about this one but they were great! Communication was a bit sporadic prior to the stay, but once I called them and got their number, they were brilliant. They were super apologetic about any miscommunications, arranged us a bus pick up from the ferry port for our group (even though it's close by) and upgraded one of our rooms. The staff were lovely, rooms very clean. Overall a great stay in Stone Town.
