We're just back from a wonderful stay at Sotupa Eco Lodge. From the moment of booking we found the communication to be excellent, and we were able to pre-arrange meals to fit our vegan diet for our entire stay, as well as arrange transfers to and from the airport. Upon arrival we were given a warm welcome, and we were taken back by the beautiful location of the lodge. The surroundings are breath-taking and you feel immersed into the nature of the rainforest from the moment you arrive. The room was clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed. It looked out onto the garden and the majestic Tambopata River. The cost of the booking included 3 meals per day, and every meal we had was made with deliciously fresh ingredients and a fine example of Peruvian and Amazonian cuisine. The various activities were run by knowledgeable and friendly staff, all of whom are a credit to Sotupa, and helped make our stay extra special. I would highly recommend staying here!

I had an amazing stay here. The staff are really kind and helpful, and they helped me arrange my tours in the area and helped with transport. It is also possible to buy great lunch and dinner here for a good price. The location is absolutely beautiful.

Casa Amazonas was an amazing place that I stumbled upon. It was so peaceful, all of the facilities were immaculate, and the staff super attentive. The food they served was amazing and very healthy. We shared meals all together making it easy to meet and get to know other travelers. They also offered yoga classes three times a day and had other activities available for those on longer stays. I highly recommend this for a few days of respite after visiting Tambopata, I wish I had been able to stay for more time.

We enjoyed the beautiful lodge and delicious food. Beds were comfortable and we were grateful that the entire cabin was screened in (vs some lodges that only provide mosquito netting around the beds). This meant we could enjoy the room, take a shower, etc, without fear of becoming a meal for the bugs.

The hotel is high-class, right by the main square and the bridge, but in a very quiet location with a view of the river and jungle. We had an excellent room with a large balcony, very spacious and with all the amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price-quality ratio is good. There is a small pool, a bar. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, nice views outside. The meals were delicious and varied and we got juice and water as well. We booked the wild Tambopata tour and was great. Was a great place to relax at the end of the Perú trip. The tours were informative and fun and the day also had time for relaxing in the hammock. The transfer was well organized and the boat trip was comfortable.

The cottages are super clean and the family that runs the hotel is very very nice! We stayed for two nights and had breakfast and dinner in the hotel both nights. It was so delicious. We booked the tour directly through them so they drove us and picked us up which was very convenient.

Very nice lodge, in the middle of the jungle. Many birds and small wild life in the lodge. Expeditions organised by the lodge are various and with excellent guide (Moses). The swimming pool is a plus. Cook is great. Bungalows are very confortable. We highly recommend !
