We loved our time at the Cowbell Lodge! Sato was such a wonderful, happy host who helped us with many things over our two week stay! Would definitely consider staying again when back in the area!

The small house in which you sleep is a dream one! It's clean, wooden and powered by small furnice. There is electricity but you can feel as if you were living very close to the nature. Moreover, Akira and Kyoko are adorable hosts, always happy to help and support your travelling plans. They show the true hospitality spirit and make your stay there very sweet. PS: The place is so quiet, that during the night, all you can hear is the sound of snowflakes hitting the ground. Terrific.

Ramat lodge was such a great place to stay. Alan and Sue were very helpful and heaps of fun. Our twin room was really good. Breakfast is good and morning shuttles to the lift was an awesome service . 12/10. Can’t wait to stay again.

Anna and Aiden were excellent hosts. The Lodge was clean, warm and comfortable. Cosy beds and fabulous hot showers!. Ample breakfast was provided with a delicious home cooked hot option. We were fortunate to have a car, but I believe the Lodge mini bus and the resort Shuttle services worked well for other guests. Great value for money, lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend. Cosy clean rooms, shuttle service to the family chair lift in the morning. The staff were exceptional! They made us feel very welcomed during our stay.

The property is close to the ace family chairlift and also the ace gondola, it’s about a 5 mins walk. The staffs are very responsive and helpful from even before our stay started.

The staff is charming and made everything as easy as possible. The breakfast is very good. Also, I would like to point out that we had a problem with the bus and the owner came to pick us up and drove for half an hour to help us. In short, exceptional!
