This hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms are so clean and beautiful. The stuff are amazing, right from front office to the restaurant. Siyabonga is special and so is Langa. I picked these guys because I recall their names but everyone was superb I just didn’t get to meet or see the General Manager but everybody was superb. The food was very nice too and I can guarantee that the next time I’m in Durban I want my room back, room 1415… lol

Excellent location close to lots of good restaurants and bars. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast includes lots of delicious choices. The staff members are very professional and friendly. At our arrival, the front desk was too busy with a group of tourists, so we went to the bar to have a drink while we waited. A few minutes later, the manager came to us to pick up our passports and complete our check in while we enjoyed our drink. This was very nice considering that we did not tell or asked anyone to do so. Also, special mention to the security staff and in particular Mr. Sibongiseni who does a fantastic job making sure all is in good order.
