Staffs super friendly and helpful, consider one of most friendly hotels i've been in Sai Gon. They noticed even tiny demand of customers. Unlike other hotels, employees here all young people, included house keepers. Vintage interior style with outdoor bathtub each room. Suitable for adults as it's style and hotel's surrounded with shopping stores - Best location among district 1 as it's not facing to crowd road but in central still. Swimming pool also outstanding points of hotel, it's not gaint but vibe suitable for tanning. Hotels have Tea Time from 14-16h everyday which serve coffee, tea and some local food for in-house guests which quite impressed. Big thanks to Huy who arrange the birthday card with small cake for my partner. Highly recommend this hotel and will come back here.

Amazing helpful and kind staff. They were able to recommend a place for a late bite and give good directions. The bed had lovely silky sheets. The breakfast was great and the staff made a specific dish for me when requested. Great decaff coffee (not available in many places). Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. We were really touched by our send off when three of reception came outside and crossed the road to wave us off.

    Staff was very friendly and came to our car running to help us with the suitcases. Room was light and clean. Many amenities and also enough space to open two suitcases. Short walk from Saigon Centre / Takashiyama. I thought it might be loud due to other reviews and the bars on the street, but we didnt here any noise. You can just hear the people in the other rooms.

    The overall feel. Location was excellent as it is just opposite to Ben Thanh Market and 5 minutes walk to Saigon Centre. Lots.of good food around. The staff were excellent and special mention to Paul for his good conversation over breakfast. My go to hotel whenever I am in HCMC. Breakfast btw was excellent.

    The hotel is modern, stylish, and in an excellent location inside Saigon Centre. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. A special mention to Ms. Tram Thai, the Front Office Manager, who handled an issue we faced with professionalism and care. She personally followed up and ensured the matter was resolved quickly, which left a very positive impression.

    Staff were friendly & helpful, able to converse in English. Room & bathroom are kept clean every day. Bed & pillows are comfortable. Breakfast spread was good, some new items each day. Superb location, within 5 mins walk to Opera House MRT station, Town Hall & Saigon Centre. Nguyen Hue Boulevard just outside the Hotel, are bustling with people exercising in the morning, & hanging out at night. Very convenient to drop off & pick up by taxi/Grab, except when the road is closed during weekend evenings.

    If you have to put on suntan lotion or anything on your face, most hotels in Asia won't have much counter space and are usually dimly lit - except this one. Also, their free breakfast is nice and all of the soups I had so far have been tasty. The place is only about a 5 minute walk to Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, and Saigon Centre. There are also a few restaurants across from Ben Thanh Market that stay open late.
