The property is very nice and clean. The location is very central. Breakfast also very good as well as the staff. It happened that one our T-shirt was lost during washing service and they gave all the best to find it. They didn't found it before our departere but insisted to puy us taxi to the airport as an apology. I really appriciate their effort.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in my life. The staff were SO helpful, friendly and attentive, they went above and beyond and made our stay exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, the rooms are quiet and the beds super comfortable. The breakfast was great and we also enjoyed the rooftop bar. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi- it's excellent!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was very good and at a good price. Rooftop bar and Jacuzzi was a a lovely touch and the massages were excellent in the Spa . Would recommend Acoustic Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi :)

One of the BEST and Most Helpful Staffs of Hotel and the hotel was located in such a great place. Just few minutes walking and you will get everything; food,shopping and sight seeing. The room was big enough for three people and also it was Neat and Clean. The bed was super comfortable and AC worked perfectly. I want to THANK- THUY,QUYNH,HIEN,DAT and THAO for their tremendous Effort and Support to make our stay Super Comfortable at the hotel. I would recommend Your Hotel to my friends and family if they visit Hanoi. The mentioned name Hotel Employees helped us In everything- from finding food and shopping places to book a beautiful cruise in HalongBay and also to Book Taxi for us and lastly helped us when we got lost at night 😕 They were so nice and Polite and never got irritated with our endless queries and requests. Thank You Again Hotel Lullaby Staffs.
