The staff was so friendly and nice. On arrival I was upgraded and got to chose a room I liked. The staff was helpful at all times and the hotel was clean and very good overall. I would stay here next time I come to Istanbul on the Asian side. Would definitely recommend

The staff were great, especially Oumaima, she has been most helpful. Location was great as well, about 8-10 mins walk to places of interest. Though a bit of uphill walk but it seems to be common in Istanbul.

The people make Sebnem hotel what it is. Rukia, Yakub, Ali and everyone else were all so sweet. Ali and Yakub have the best recommendations! We got to eat and explore restaurants and places recommended by them. It was an amazing experience. A very at home feeling.
