We stayed twice at the Chatrium Riverside on this trip to Thailand. We had a spacious suite on an upper floor with a balcony overlooking the kitchen. The views were magnificient, the room was well-appointed and the statt was very friendly and helpful. I loved the large pool where I was able to swim laps in the morning before the sumtuous breakfast buffet the hotel served up.

Really nice spacious room with amazing views. The breakfasts were really good, with a huge selection of hot and cold foods to choose from. Also, the concierge were brilliant, and after we arrived with no luggage (this had been delayed in Amsterdam), they immediately took the details and chased it up for us, which really put our minds at ease and helped us enjoy the little time we had in Bangkok.

We were really satisfied with our stay in Naga Residence. First of all, they were very responsive on Booking.com. They could not provide early check-in, but they had no problems storing our luggage (also after our check-out). There was always at least one member of the staff at the reception who spoke fluent english and was prepared to answer all our questions. They were all really nice, professional and helpful. The room looked exactly like on the photos, clean, with complimentary water, coffee and tea. The AC worked perfectly. We really liked the location, as it is fairly close to all the important sights in Bangkok and also within the walking distance of the IconSiam mall (the perfect spot for lunch, souvenir shopping and starting point for cheap boat transportation). There is also 7/11 10m from the entrance.

    Absolutely love this place.

    Absolutely love this place. However if you went there before Covid you will be very dissapointed....its possible that 60% of previous traders have not reopened...but still a lot of shops. Food was quite expensive so we walked our to the road where there are lots of small food restaurants on way to Chatrium
