We were 5mins away from the beach and we enjoyed a lot the view, in the neighborhood there were small grocery stores, pharmacy and we were close to the Dolphinarium of Constanta. But I am not... And I recommend it wholeheartedly especially for families with kids. It is perfectly located between the beach and the Dolphinarium. As for the host... What can I say?
