In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. The bed was so comfortable and the area in Jeju was for us perfect. Lot of restaurants and cafes around. We stayed in the room 1103 and above there you had a brillant view about the mountains. The cafe were also really nice and had a good chamomile tea! We feel us in the hotel so safe and relaxing. Thank you to had us 😊

Fresh, new hotel. Nice views from. Convenient location in Jeju town. Good for the family getting two rooms appartment for the price of one. Highly recommend this hotel.
